I collect only what I need to write your resume and run your order. I follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).

What I collect

Your email address, the resume you upload, your answers to the intake questions, and payment confirmation from our payment provider. I never see or store your card number.

How it's used

To write and deliver your resume, and to email you about your order. I don't sell your information and I don't use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Some service providers process data for me: Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Brevo (email). Some of them, and the tools used to prepare your resume, operate outside Canada, so your information may be processed in other countries.

How long I keep it

Your uploaded files are deleted 90 days after delivery. You can ask me to delete your data sooner, at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Email hello@example.com.
